PRODUCTION AREA  The vineyards are located in the Euganean Hills, encased in an amphitheater facing south-west and exposed to the sun almost all day; the volcanic soil, rich in minerals, marl and clay.

WINE MAKING The perfectly ripe grapes are harvested and left to dry in small boxes, in closed properly ventilated, for the purpose to concentrate the sugars and aromatic substances. On reaching required of withering you run a soft pressing, follows a slow fermentation in steel for the first few days, then in barrels for 15-18 months. A further refinement in the bottle for another 18 months.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 13,5% vol

COLOUR  Intense bright yellow, golden, amber reflections.

SCENT  Expresses all characters aromatic Muscat yellow, you add the scents of vanilla, apricot, and noble wood.

TASTE  Sweet and full, good body, not cloying. Excellent balance between acidity, alcohol and sugar.

PREFERABLE MATCHES Great dessert wine and meditation.
