PRODUCTION AREA  The vineyards are located in the Euganean Hills Park, encased in an amphitheater facing south-west and exposed to the sun for most of the day; the volcanic soil, marl and clay.

WINE MAKING The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Later add the selected yeasts for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. Racked is left to concrete vats until bottling.

ALCOHOL CONTENT 12,5%vol

COLOUR  Light straw yellow

SCENT  Fruity with hints of white flowers

TASTE  Elegant on the palate where it is kept the appearance aromatic embellished with excellent structure and long finish.

PREFERABLE MATCHES Suitable for appetizers, brunch, appetizers and fish dishes.
